The Princess and the Hog Based on: The Princess and the Frog
Once upon a time… • Once upon a time there was a hog who was very bored. He would never go out to play with the other hogs. So one day, he decided to walk to the other side of the forest. Along the way, he met a girl. She was beside the lake.
She noticed the hog, and asked him, “Where did you come from?” The hog replied, “I came from the other side of the forest.” The girl didn’t expect him to answer! She was shocked! They decided to go for a walk.
The hog found out she was a princess, and the girl found out he was very bored where he lived. The hog didn’t believe she was a princess, but when she looked him in the eye and said, “I promise”, he believed her.
She asked him what his name was and he said, “My name is Smith! What is yours?” She replied, “My name is Leanne!” Soon it was sunset, and Smith had to go home. They decided to meet up again by the lake where they first met. But before Smith left, Leanne asked him why he was able to talk. He answered back, “I can’t tell you yet!” “I will do anything!”, said Leanne. “Anything?”, asked Smith. “Anything!”, Said Leanne. And then Smith left.
The next day, when they met up, Smith gave Leanne a list of things she had to do for him. He shad to sweep, clean his bed, feed him, and more. She agreed to do all the things she had to do When she finished, she asked him again why he was able to talk. He asked for one more thing! “I want a kiss!” Exclaimed the hog. “NOO! I WILL NOT GIVE YOU ONE!” Shouted Leanne. “You said you would do anything!” Said Smith. Leanne was so curious that she agreed.
Once she gave him a kiss, Smith turned into a handsome prince. Leanne asked, “Where did the hog go?” The prince answered, “I am the hog! Well, was the hog. She didn’t believe him. Leanne said, “If you were the hog, then why were you a hog?” Smith answered, “There was once an evil queen who turned me into a hog for her own selfish reasons. She still didn’t believe him. Smith looked into her eyes and said once more, “I was the hog!” She finally believed him because she knew a little bit about him.
They became best friends, and after a few years, they decided to get married. They had a few kids, and all of them loved eating bacon. The End!
