  1. Patriot Guard Mission Statement The Patriot Guard Riders is a diverse amalgamation of riders from across the nation. We have one thing in common besides motorcycles. We have an unwavering respect for those who risk their very lives for America’s freedom and security. If you share this respect, please join us.We don’t care what you ride, what your political views are, or whether you’re a "hawk" or a "dove". It is not a requirement that you be a veteran. It doesn't matter where you’re from or what your income is.  You don’t even have to ride. The only prerequisite is RESPECT.Our main mission is to attend the funeral services of fallen American  heroes as invited guests of the family.

  2. PGR’s Objectives Show our sincere respect for our fallen heroes, their families, and their communities. Shield the mourning family and friends from interruptions created by any protestor or group of protestors We accomplish the latter through strictly legal and non-violent means

  3. Our Programs The primary mission of the Patriot Guard Riders is to attend the funerals of our fallen American heroes.  Patriot Guard Riders provide support to the veteran community and their families in conjunction with the other fine veteran’s service organizations that already do so much for our veterans.  Fallen Hero Scholarship Fund Help on the Homefront Missing in America Project Honor Missions

  4. Fallen Warrior Scholarship Fund The Fallen Warrior Scholarship Fund was established in June of 2006 to ensure that the families that have already unselfishly sacrificed so much will have assistance sending their surviving children to college.

  5. Help On The Home Front Vision Statement It is the intention of the Patriot Guard Riders (PGR) to assist the Veteran’s community by taking a proactive role in the reintegration of our wounded Veterans into the societies they protect and defend. This directive is set out by the National Board for the PGR and intended to augment the PGR mission as written. The PGR wishes to serve all heroes; not only the ones who paid the ultimate sacrifice but also the one’s whose lives have been forever changed by the actions and events of his/her service to the United States of America.

  6. Missing in America Project During an inventory of a crematorium, two cremation urns were discovered in a closet storage facility. The urns contained the unclaimed remains of Sgt. Trueman, a veteran of the Vietnam conflict and his wife (also a veteran). The year of death for Sgt. Trueman was 1979. For twenty-seven years, the resting place for Sgt. and Mrs. Trueman was a storage facility in a crematorium. Other funeral homes and crematoriums were inventoried. Other unclaimed remains of veterans were discovered. In November 2006, the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery interred twenty-one cremated remains of forgotten veterans with full military honors and the dignity these fallen heroes so richly deserve. This incident inspired the MIA Project.

  7. Missing in America Project The purpose of the MIA Project is to locate, identify and inter the unclaimed cremated remains of American veterans through the joint efforts of private, state and federal organizations. To provide honor and respect to those who have served this country by securing a final resting place for these forgotten heroes.

  9. Under the Leather and Behind the Shades

  10. Under the leather and behind the shades stands a biker. We ride for the sense of freedom it gives us. The encouragement to take the road less traveled in the chance that we may encounter something new. We ride for the friendships we make along the way as well as the solitude of the open road. We don’t really care what you ride; just that you do.

  11. Under the leather and behind the shades is a beating heart. A heart filled with compassion that on any given day will be riding for those in need. Ask one of us for help, but don’t be surprised when all of us show up

  12. Under the leather and behind the shades stands a proud American. We are as diverse a group of people that you could possibly assemble. We are men, women, tradesmen, doctors, lawyers, retirees, military, civilian and on and on and on. We stand silently with reverence and one voice that, in the silence, can be overwhelming.

  13. Under the leather and behind the shades stands an invited guest to the funeral of a soldier that we most likely have never met. We hold the flag of our nation as a tribute to the greatest sacrifice anyone can make. Out of respect for the fallen, we travel to stand firm for a family, a community and a nation to lean on.

  14. Under the leather and behind the shades stands a biker with sons, daughters, brothers and sisters of our own. Beneath the rough exterior we tremble and weep at your loss. You may not see that, for we are there to support you.

  15. That’s why we stand so silently under the leather and behind the shades.

  16. How Can You Help? Your contribution will help us to serve the soldiers of Fort Hood, local retirees and veterans who pass away, along with comforting their families in a time of distress and mourning.

  17. How Can You Help? Please consider giving a generous gift to The Patriot Guard Riders and becoming a partner with us in honoring our fallen and living Heroes of this great nation…
