Adding Clipart gives your presentation added interest. You can either create a slide using New Slide under Common Tasks
Select the Text & Art Slide. As you click on a layout sample PowerPoint will tell you what type you are choosing.
Click on an image. Click Insert Choose from a variety of categories for your art.
You can add clipart in manually without having a specific slide or area.
From the Insert drop down menu select Picture then Clip Art...
Click on an image. Click Insert Choose from a variety of categories for your art.
To resize the clipart and hold its shape proportionately click on the art then select one corner dot. Hold down the Shift Key on your keyboard as you click, holding down yourleft mouse button drag, the art down to the size you want.
From the insert drop down menu select Picture then select From File...
Click Insert Go to the directory and folder where your picture is located and select it.
