  4. Key Features of Access Cont. • Reports • Makes it easy to produce sophisticated reports for presenting data • Web support • Allows you to save as HTML format and use on the web.

  5. Records • A record contains information about a given person, product or event. • Rows in tables are called records

  6. Field • A field contains a specific piece of information within a record. • Columns in the tables are called fields

  7. Unique Identifier • A client number • Example – Social Security Number • Also known as a Primary Key
