  2. Leadership Meeting on July 6, 2006 • Key Objectives • Ability to forecast and identify purchases at least 6 months in advance • Ability to anticipate needs and move inventory with 2 - 3 weeks notification • Ability to identify mailing "trends" (flats, vs. oversized letters, etc.)

Leadership Meeting on July 6, 2006 • Key Objectives (Continued) • Assistance in identifying appropriate survey questions: (who, what, where, when) • Establishment of an "awareness campaign" industry and postal • Create an understanding of each others needs and limitations (industry and postal) • Establish an ongoing method of communications
