  2. 44 years old woman, G2L2 • History of menorrhagia in last 2years with regular cycle • DX : Neg. • Lab data ; Hb: 10 coagulation test: NL • sonography: endometrial thickness,8mm • TX : FD&C • Pathology report: Simple cystic hyperplasia of endometrium

  3. Treatment was done with • CYCLIC PROGESTRON • ( Megestrol 40mg/day for 14 days /mo , 3month ) • After treatment D&C again was done

  4. Pathology report • Focal cystic hyperplasia of endometrium • Plan that was recommended : TAH ???

  5. Endometrial hyperplasia complex (+/- atypia) simple (+/- atypia)

  6. Atypical hyperplasia

  7. simple hyperplasia
