Les Schlais World Financial Group Les Schlais worked as a Producing Agent and Builder at World Financial Group, which “is a large Broker Dealer specializing in the sales of proprietary life insurance products for a large insurance company.” He became one of the top producing agents in the two years he spent at the organization, in addition to recruiting and training close to twenty representatives. He made the decision to leave in 1997 due to the company’s lack of compliance discipline.

Les Schlais Financial Services Entrepreneur Les Schlais co-founded Syncis with the aim of providing middle-income families and individuals with the financial services that he felt the current industry was not doing a good enough job of offering them. The company has grown impressively since 2009, recruiting several thousand Associates in the process. Furthermore, Syncis has also recruited other agencies.
