Internet threat are very danger, it can come in various forms or attack • The internet threat can be form of strangers people • The internet threat are dangerous because it can damage someone reputation • The common form of internet danger are:- -identity theft -phishing -hacker and cracker -cyber stalking -cyber bullying -internet predator

SAFETY TIPS ONLINE FOR KIDS • Talk with your children to agree what kind of sites they are allowed to visit • Keep your children out of unmonitored chat rooms and  monitor where they go • Make sure you have access to your child’s email password • talk to your kids about cyber bullying • Be where your kids are online

ERGONOMIC CHAIR • The chair should have • Support your forearms with adjustable armrests that position your elbows near your waist • Have a padded seat with a pan at least one inch wider than your hips and thighs • Slope down slightly and allow a 2 to 3 finger breath-space between the seat cushion and the back of your knees when sitting • Consider a base with at least 5 points that roll on wheels (casters)

ERGONOMIC KEYBOARD • The proper use of keyboard • Proper distance from the keyboard.  If it is too low, your shoulders and arms will become tired. • Feet flat on the floor. It help balance your body for keyboarding. • Sitting up straight,it helps you keep your spine straight and comfortable as well as provide balance. • Don’t raise your palms so much that your wrists arch. • Keep your eyes on what you are typing,oryou will lose time from speed ,andmay also type the wrong line, skip words or even repeat a line.
