  3. Step One The assignment is to produce a series five note cards. Step one: Produce five note card for five of the following literary techniques: Symbolism, Extended metaphor,Exposition,Hyperbole,Flashback,Hubris,Synecdoche,Irony,Mood,Oxymoron,Paradox,Pun,Tone,Satire, Understatement

Assemble neatly and then … • Students will have a total of 65 index cards • The card are to be turned in clamped together (student provides their own clamp) • Put the card in a ring Hole punch each card in the same place and put the ring through each card. • But the cards in a strong rubber band.
