When communicating with Club Relations it is most practical to have one person designated as the contact person and all email communication must be copied to all members of the club’s board of directors. For those directors without email capability or who choose not to utilize email, the correspondence must be faxed.
EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION • Change of Delegate or any change in Delegate information must be sent directly to the office of AKC’s Executive Secretary – James P. Crowley • Updating officers promptly • Return AKC form by: • Mail • Fax • Can be updated via email to event-ops@akc.org. • Other options continue to be explored. • Some effects of not updating officers promptly: • Dues notices not received • AKC notices not received • AKC mailings not received
