  2. Capture a Screenshot of First Slide • Open PPT file and view show. • Use the “Prnt Scrn” button to copy screen shot • Paste Screen shot on a blank slide (size and/or crop it) • Save as Picture • Right click, Save as Picture

Add Picture to Wiki • Log in to Wiki (Edit Page) • Place cursor where you want picture on the page. • Click on Images/Files (in right sidebar) • Browse to locate your file • Upload file. • Click on the file to add it to your wiki page. • Resize it as desired (by dragging the corners) • Save Page

  4. Upload PPT • Upload/view files (top of right sidebar) to see all your files you’ve uploaded. • Upload the PPT. • Right-Click on the PPT file • Properties • Copy the URL

  5. Link Picture to PPT • Edit Page • Click the picture • Link (tool w/globe) Picture to the PowerPoint • Pull down box to choose link type (URL) • Paste URL in blank box (where the PowerPoint is located) • Click OK • Save Page.

  6. Don’t Forget! • Save PowerPoint as a Show (not a Presentation) so that it opens in View Mode: • File • Save AS • PowerPoint Show (in the file type pull-down box)
