Maruti Suzuki :Customer Meet “Laughter Night” SITUATION • Maruti Suzuki India Limited (MSIL, formerly Maruti Udyog Limited), a subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation of Japan, is India's largest passenger car company, accounting for over 50 per cent of the domestic car market. • Maruti wanted to welcome and cheer the new customer who have purchased there product. STARTEGY • Create theme base event, with theme of laughter Show, with Great Indian Laughter Show celebrities like; Parag Kansara, Dharshee Baredia added with professional dance troupe. • Adding entertainment with dinner, catering full family. PROGRAM • Entertainment Evening was planned in Ahmedabad & Surat with Laughter Artist, Dance Troup and many more entertainment options. • Event was followed with Dinner, and other small activity like; Tarot Card Reader, Tattoo artist, Carry catcher. • At each location approx 500+ family attended

  19. EMRI 108 : Inauguration of 108 services SITUATION • 1-0-8 Emergency Response Service is a 24X7 emergency service for medical, police and fire emergencies. The service is available for the entire state of Andhra Pradesh ,and Gujarat was first state to adopt this services. • With short notice period of 7 days, EMRI wanted to organize an event which will be launched by Hon. Chif Minsiter Mr.Narandra Modi, Ex Precedent of India Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam, Health Misniter of state Mr.Ashok Bhatt and many other cabinet Minister. STARTEGY • Official Launch of 108 for Public in Gujarat state, with P.R Event • Conceptualizing and Managing turn key project • Focus Communication to General Audience & P.R • It is a 24x7 emergency service. • Toll Free number accessible from landline or mobile • Emergency help will reach you in an average of 18 minutes • Live telecast of event in regional channels PROGRAM • 108 services were launched in Gujarat on the 29th of August 2007 by the Chief Minister - Shri Narendra Modi. GVK EMRI started its operations with 15 ambulances covering Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. • Currently,108 services are available across entire Gujarat covering all 26 districts and 5.07 crore population with a fleet of over 400 ambulances and has handled over 5 lakh emergency calls till date

PHFI : Stone Laying Ceremony SITUATION • The Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) is a response to redress the limited institutional capacity in India for strengthening training, research and policy development in the area of Public Health. • It is a public private partnership that has collaboratively evolved through consultations with multiple constituencies including Indian and international academia, state and central governments, multi & bi-lateral agencies and civil society groups. • Gujarat government with other enterprisers took the initiative of partnering with PHFI in Gujarat, for which the land was allotted by Gujarat Government, for which the Stone laying ceremony has to been planned. STARTEGY • PHFI Stone Laying Ceremony to be planned & V.V.I.P & Government authorities where being invited. • MS Structural Hanger Dome with Lunch had to be arranged.
