  4. Projekt baggrund • Rekruttering af personale til social- og sundhedssektoren • Ændrede vejledningsbehov • At nå nye og andre målgrupper f.eks. svage læsere, to-sprogede og ikke uddannelsesvante • Hæve statusniveauet for social- og sundhedssektoren

  5. Krav til projektet • Udvikling af en dynamisk vejledningsmodel • Netbaseret, visuel og audiativ • At give den vejledningssøgende mulighed for at kunne identificere sig med de studerende i www.sosuhjaelper.dk • Brugerinvolvering via tests

  6. Projekt resultater • Hjemmesiden www.sosuhjaelper.dk • Pilotversion af kursus for vejledere • Inspirationsmateriale (Good Practise) til vejledere og undervisere. • Mulighed for at overføre modellen til andre sektorer/uddannelser • Gode tilbagemeldinger fra vejledere og vejledningssøgende
