Assessment Report • What key sustainability activities are already happening? • What are key trends found from audit findings (please use graphs, pictures, and other visual information if you have it)? • What suggestions would you have for the future? • How are you going to share the audit findings? (In this section you should go over these questions, why the assessment was done, and how this can help the organization/department)

Acquisition of Organizational Knowledge • General Sustainability Meeting • Write here some interesting facts that came up during the initial meeting • Take a look at the questions, and determine which were the most important for the organization/department being assessed • Sustainable Procurement Meeting • Indentify here the top 3 items purchased by the organization/ department • Include anything interesting that came up in the meeting, without directly quoting anyone

  5. Field AssessmentEnergy Use • Here you will write were the most energy is being used in the organization/department • A graph could be included to depict an interesting trend, or what surprised you the most during the assessment • Lay out all devices that were tested in the assessment area

Etc.

Field AssessmentNatural Environment & Built Environment • Here you will write about the natural and built environment within the organization/department • A graph could be used here to depict an interesting trend, or what surprised you the most during the assessment • What is the most important part of the NE & BE around the assessment area?

Field AssessmentWater Use • Here you will write were the most water is being used in the organization/department • A graph should be included to depict an interesting trend, or what surprised you the most during the assessment • Lay out all the locations where water is being used (and wasted) within the assessment area
