Problem identification • Do you have an educational pet peeve? • Is it just you or do others share your pet peeve? • What would it look like if this pet peeve were ameliorated/solved/eliminated? • How do you get to your preferred state? • Review the literature? • Talk with others? • Do a needs assessment?
