PROPOSED JOINT CONFERENCE • Not as large as two separate conferences (estimated attendance 400 - 600+) • Two separate but integrated conferences • One joint opening session • 6 concurrent session (3 each) • Joint receptions, breaks, dinner, demo session, poster session & exhibits • Finances handled through FISC account, profits split equally between SOS and SOH
