  2. Microsoft Office 365 is being used by every organization in the world for it facilitates users in many ways. So if you are new to Office 365 and want to avail its benefits then you must know that it has an additional feature as well; you can import your outlook contacts to office cloud, this way it will become more facile for you to manage things on your own. However, not many know how to do it. Here, we have provided you with an easy procedure.

Export your contacts to a .CSV File • Open MS outlook and choose a select file. • Now click on Options > Advanced option. • Navigate to Export option, and then select Export for the file. • Click Next. • In Create a file of type, select option Export and then Next. • Now click on the option Browse and select the place where you want to save them.CSV file after assigning it a name.

  4. Import the .CSV file into Office 365 • Firstly, log into your Office account. • Go to the Import and Export option. • Select Import from other program and then Next. • In the column File type to import, click Comma separated values (windows) and then Next.

If the contacts you are importing were previously exported to an Outlook data file (.pst) then select Outlook data file option. • Now, in the file to import select option Browse and then choose the file that is to be imported. • Click OK. • Now choose Next > choose a folder for the imported contacts > Next.
