  3. Online bill collection started in 2001 and fully in operation since July 2003 Assesses directly interact with GMC data base Won the customer confidence High data accuracy Fast in service and dispute resolution, if any Drastic growth in revenue collection Integrated billing OLC System

  4. OLC started from : 01-07-2003 No.of Banks connected : 16 No.of GMC counters : 03 No.of transactions per day (average) : 386 Revenue collected per day (average) :Rs 6.26 Lakhs OLC at a Glance
