Budget Transfer Process The Budget Office will be the final approver of all VT1 (14 accounts) and VT2 (18, 19, 29 and 30 accounts) transfer documents with the exception that 30 account transfers will be routed on to General Accounting (effective February 19th) VT1 and VT2 Request for Transfer of Funds instructions will be posted to the Budget Office website in the immediate future A listing of Budget Transfer Rules will also be posted to the Budget website to provide a checklist to be reviewed before submitting your transfers to the Budget Office The Budget Office is also investigating how to streamline the inter-fund transfer process by eliminating the number of entries thus expediting the process time.
