  2. Overview Currently companies prepare letters for their announcements and send to Stock Exchanges through fax and mail. SEs verify authenticity and manually disseminate the data. This causes a significant delay in the dissemination of the price-sensitive data. PUCARS provides an online portal to companies to post their announcements directly to Stock Exchanges. The same are disseminated to brokers, investors and other stakeholders through TWS, Website, Email, Social Media etc. without intervention of human and stationery.
