  2. 1. Scope This specification covers the quality requirements for MIRAENANOTECH Utility Film ( UTE 25 ) 2. Function UTE 25 has both functions of increasing brightness and diffusing light on the Back Light Unit of Liquid crystal displays. 3. Construction Base Layer : Polyester Film Layer Pattern Layer : Acryl Resin Layer 4. Structure 4-1. Attachment #1Appearance Inspection -Excluding ‘Bad treatment’ from the item. -Standard of inspection : Even though defects are shown on the sheet by naked eyes, some of defects won’t be shown and effected on the BLU Assembly & LCD Panel .
