F&A Shared Services operates through four central and 8 local locations • Asia Pacific • Kuala Lumpur, 80 FTE’s • Covers Asia Pacific (Aus, SG and China) • North America • Charlotte NC, 60 FTE’s • Non-transactional AP and AR and GL • EMEA • Krakow, central hub – 470 FTE’s, covers mainly AP, AR, GL, master data, TER for Europe and some of which also for North America • Local shared services - 120 FTE’s, covers mainly statutory, tax, fleet and facility management • Cairo – 145 FTE, covers Egypt

  7. We started end-2016 and today we have a dedicated CoE team delivering automation through RPA End 2016 Mid 2017 Fall 2017 Today Proof of Concept and SW evaluation Operating Model design Implementation and go-live 35 robots CoE of 8 people All according to initial plan

The RPA PoC project was launched to evaluate RPA fit within Electrolux and size of opportunity Key question addressed Technical Proof of Concept Does automation through Robotics support Electrolux to continue the Krakow centre efficiency journey? • Does automation through Robotics work in our application and process environment? • What are the IT infrastructure requirements for scaled-up operations? Value potential & operating model alternatives • What´s the total automation scope for Electrolux Shared services in Krakow? • What are the elements of the operating model to be designed and what´s the roadmap for implementation?
