  5. Is there an emphasis on collaboration? The Kansas State Legislature passed legislation to create the KS Center For Entrepreneurship (KCFE) in April 2004 to provide an integrated, collaborative, seamless system of services for small business and entrepreneurial ventures.

Increase the survival rate of businesses Track the level of assistance provide to entrepreneurs by multiple resources Improve the ability to successfully identify and connect with growth firms Accurate accountability of actual jobs created and saved
