  1. 2012 has been a quiet year since January compared to other recent years.I spent most of the year at home in Athens working on my laptop and the internet occasionally wandering around Athens and its various sites to see. I did some internationally traveling and wandering beginning in March. March I drove to Sarasota for the 9th Florida Creativity Weekend and then across Florida to Palm Beach County and Boynton Beach to spend some time with Scott. August I flew to Brasil for the first time and spent two and ½ weeks in 3 cities: Recife, Aracaju and San Paolo thanks to a mix of Brasilian creativity friends. Those were two and ½ wonderful weeks filled with walking, wandering and making presentations in the 3 cities.I walked beaches, wandered through several parks, toured museums & several parts of Recife, Aracaju and San Paolo After returning from Brasil in August I traveled to Geneva Park, a YMCA camp 3 hrs north of Torontoto be part of the 10thMindcamp. The park is surrounded by water on 3 sides and is heavily forested. People came from Canada (mostly) some from the US and some from Europe. It was a beautiful place to walk each day from sunrise to sunset. In October I flew once again to South Africa to wander, travel and to be part of 3 creativity conferences that friends put on: 18th ACRE, 7th ACRE Edn and 1st ACRE-Namibia. After the program in Namibia 3 friends and I traveled to Swakopmund, Namibia on the Atlantic Ocean coast where we wandered around and played on quad bikes on giant dunes. In South Africa I walked beautifully residential landscaped streets, cable-carred to the top of a mountain, climbed mountains. After the conferences I spent 7 days with friends at their beautiful Casa Lee and Casablanca wedding and events country estates enjoying the area and great meals.
