  6. Dossier Preparation • Follow Provostal Guidelines • Honest Self-Evaluations • Updated Curriculum Vitae • Summaries of Annual Perf. Evals • Letters from all Levels of Review • Signed File Checklist

  7. Your Rights • To Have the Criteria, Process, and Schedule • To Have Accomplishments Evaluated Against the Criteria • To be Copied on Material Added to the Dossier

Helpful Hints, con’t • Develop a support network both within and outside your unit • Establish a network and develop contacts with colleagues at other institutions in your field • Make sure that you keep your productivity in teaching, research, and service in line with your unit’s RPT criteria and its culture – i.e. be planful and strategic as to how you spend your time
