As I was being treated to a family meal this sounded OK to me. It was not as expensive as I thought it was going to be for its reputation as a main course averaged around the £10 mark, which is true of a lot of places. It is run by the same company that owned the previous restaurant on this site Est Est Est. The Italian theme is evident in the menu and décor. The interior has been opened out to fit in many more diners so I expect there might be a good atmosphere come the weekend. Even at lunchtime there were around five tables of diners. I was tempted to go for the seafood risotto but in the end went for a pizza. I didn’t have the confidence in the place to order what I presume is a difficult thing to get right in the risotto but my Dad did go for this and it was great.
