Educational Law on April 30, 2003, №92 • Bachelor - a basic academic degree of higher education, entitling the holder to admission to Master and professional activities; • Master - a full academic degree of higher education, entitling the holder to admission to postgraduate study and practice a profession.
Government Resolution of the KRdd 23.08.2011 №496 • The establish two-level structure of higher profession education from 2012-2013 school year; • to approve the model of the State Education Standard HPE new generation on direction: the Bachelor, Master, Specialist • to approve the list of training areas HPE, confirming the assignment graduate academic degrees: Bachelor, Master, Specialist

The stages of the Bologna reforms in Kyrgyzstan with the support of Tempus projects • The National Bureau coordinators ECTS / DS under the Ministry of Education and Science of the KR; • Creating a methodical and regulatory framework which aimed at: - Upgrading of existing educational programs; - Development and implementation of innovative programs; - The introduction of ECTS; - Promoting the comparability of diplomas; - Development of State Educational Standards of the new generation, based on learning outcomes and ECTS.
