The CEU Fellowship Program • The CEU fellowship program has been a direct means of supporting the university's mission to promote and sustain open societies, democracy, rule of law, tolerance, and political and cultural pluralism in the CEE/fSU region. • In 2000, CEU extended its financial aid program worldwide, with a continuing focus on individuals and organizations in the CEE/fSU region, and on students in emerging democracies.
