  3. Saber • To know a fact. Nosotros sabemos que 2 + 2 = 4. • To have information about something. Yo sé las reglas del tenis. • To know how to do something(saber + infinitive) ¿Tú sabes patinar?

  4. Always use lo when saber stands alone Losé.=I know (it) No sé. or No lo sé.= I don’t know (it).

  5. Conocer • To be familiar /acquainted with a person or place (to know a person) Ej. Vivo en LZ. Conozco LZ muy bien. • The personal “a” is used after conocer if you’re talking about a person…. Ej. ¿Conoces a mi amiga, Jen?
