5. About RNRC • Serving Northwest Chicago, Park Ridge and surrounding communities for more than 20 years. • Home to Resurrection Health Care's premier subacute program. • Conveniently located on Greenwood Avenue, just north of Oakton Avenue in Park Ridge.

Comprehensive care • 24-hour skilled nursing • Comprehensive therapy: physical, occupational and speech therapies • Complete nutritional support services with full-time registered dietitian • Dementia care, tracheostomy care and respiratory care • Intravenous (IV) therapy: antibiotics, cancer, electrolyte imbalances

Comprehensive care, cont. • Podiatry care, including diabetic and stasis ulcer care, and onsite dental care • Psychiatric and psychological care, including support groups • Pain management program • Hospice care and short-term respite care • Spiritual services for all residents, as well as Catholic Mass, Communion Services and Rosary
