  3. *Los Tribunales Administrativos son departamentales. Pero algunos Tribunales Superiores del Distrito tienen un ámbito de competencia territorial que puede no corresponder al departamento. Por ejemplo, el departamento de Norte de Santander está dividido en dos distritos judiciales: el de Cúcuta y el de Pamplona; en Valle también hay dos tribunales Superiores: el de Cali y el de Buga.
