实验 18 鱼类的骨骼系统. 讲授：陈明茹 肖佳媚 谢雯瑜. 一、实验目的 通过实验了解鱼类骨骼的剖制方法，掌握鱼类骨骼 系统的一般构造，熟悉各种骨骼的名称、形状和位 置。 二、材料和器材 罗非鱼、解剖盘、解剖剪、镊子、解剖刀等。. 三、内容与方法 （一）剖制骨骼标本 小心去掉罗非鱼的肌肉，在剖制时要特别注意围眶 骨、鼻骨等易脱落的外层骨骼。. （二）骨骼系统的观察 1 、主轴骨骼： a) 头骨： 脑颅：嗅区骨骼、眼区骨骼、枕区骨骼 咽颅：颌弓骨骼、舌弓骨骼、鳃弓骨骼、鳃盖骨系骨骼 b) 脊柱：腹锥、尾锥 c) 肋骨：背肋、腹肋
