Summary 1. On the concrete base block • Amplification factor is quite small in the frequency region less than 40Hz, especially in vertical direction 2. On the top of the magnet without mover, QF17X • There are resonances at 35Hz in X direction, and at 55Hz in Y • No obvious resonance is observed in V direction • Amplification factor is about 100 in amplitude at X and Y resonance peaks • Out of resonance region, amplification factor is about 3 or less in the frequency region higher than 15Hz in X and Y direction • Amplification factor is less than 2 in the frequency region less than 15Hz. Especially it is quite small in V direction in the frequency region less than 50HZ
Summary (cont.) 3. On the top of the magnet with mover, QM12FF • There are resonances at 20Hz in X and Y direction, and at 70Hz in V • Amplification factor is about 100 in amplitude at resonance peaks • Out of resonance region, amplification factor is about 3 or less in the frequency region 10 - 45Hz in X and Y direction • Amplification factor is less than 2 in the frequency region less than 10Hz • Especially it is quite small in V direction in the frequency region less than 40HZ except for a small resonance at 21Hz, where the amplification factor is about 3 4.
