Why sponsor our festival? • RD National College is one of the top colleges in Mumbai. • Around 5000 students study in RD National College • Sponsors will get a wide exposure in and around college through banners, posters, brochures. • Sponsors will also get exposure on our website as well as facebook, twitter and in articles in newspapers, magazines. • Expected footfall is 2000 • The age group targeted for the festival will be 17-24 years. • The target audience is curious, enthusiastic, talented , media and technology obsessed. • College is located at a prime location on the linking road .

Marketing Strategy • Brochures will be distributed in all the sections of various colleges. • A team of students will hunt down talented students through effective networking and give them an opportunity to participate in the respective events. • All the students involved in TECH-TRIS’15 will wear the T-shirts which will have the logos of sponsors* • Posters will be placed at happening hang out joints outside all colleges. • Pre-event publicity like articles in the newspaper about the festival at intercollegiate level, maximum exposure and opportunity to talent, etc . will create an hype about the event among people. • A probable tie up with a radio station, a television channel and a newspaper will provide TECH-TRIS’15 and its sponsor with an excellent medium to generate publicity among a mass audience. • Internet will be effectively used for pre-event publicity among the target audience. • Viral videos will be created. *Depending on the type of sponsorship

Presenting Sponsor : Rs 1,00,000/- • The Presenting Sponsor ‘s name will be associated with TECH-TRIS ‘15 and will accompany any mention of it during the festival as follows: “XYZ presents TECH-TRIS ‘15” • The Presenting Sponsor will be given a total of 1 stall (6 ft X 6.5 ft) at a strategic location, decided by the TECH-TRIS ‘15 committee within the college premises. • The Presenting Sponsor’s logo will prominently appear on all TECH-TRIS ‘15 media at the following places: • All Banners and standees of TECH-TRIS ‘15 (including main U-Banner) • All T-shirts given to organizing committee and all volunteers • All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • Facebookpage of TECH-TRIS ‘15

The College shall display 4 Banners (6 ft X 4 ft) and 3 standees (3 ft X 6 ft) in the college premises, especially where events will be held and at other venue(s) within college campus like: • Inside the main gate of college • Any location within the college where an events is conducted • Auditorium of college • The Presenting Sponsor‘s logo will be flashed at the end of the viral videos, which will be circulated across the internet. • The Presenting Sponsor will be allowed to give away handouts/brochures about the company/product to the audience and participants from their stall. • Regular announcements about the company/product will be made during event(s) held in the festival. • A website link to the Presenting Sponsor’s website on the TECH-TRIS ‘15 website will be provided

Co-Sponsor : Rs 50,000/- • The Co-Sponsor’s name will be associated with TECH-TRIS ‘15 and will accompany any mention of it during the festival as follows: “XYZ presents TECH-TRIS ‘15 ; Co-Sponsored by ABC” • The Co-Sponsor’s logo will prominently appear on all TECH-TRIS ‘15 media at the following places: • All Banners of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • All T-shirts given to organizing committee and all volunteers • Facebook page of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • The College shall display 3 banners (6 ft X 4 ft) and 2 standees (3 ft X 6 ft) in college premises, especially where events will be held and at the other venue(s) within the college campus. • Regular announcements about the company/product will be made during event(s) held in the festival. • A website link to the Co- Sponsor’s website on the Tech Tris’ ‘14 website will be provided.

  8. Associate Sponsor : Rs 40,000/- • The Associate Sponsor’s name will be associated with TECH-TRIS ‘15 and will accompany any mention of it during the festival as follows: “XYZ presents TECH-TRIS ‘15 in association with ABC” • The Associate Sponsor’s logo will prominently appear on all TECH-TRIS ‘15 media at the following places: • All Banners of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • Facebookpage of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • The College shall display 3 banners (6 ft X 4 ft) and 1 standees (3 ft X 6 ft) in college premises, especially where events will be held and at the other venue(s) within the college campus. • Regular announcements about the company/product will be made during event(s) held in the festival. • A website link to the Associate Sponsor’s website on the TECH-TRIS ‘15 website will be provided.

Category Partner: Rs 30,000/- • The Category Partner’s name will be associated with TECH-TRIS ‘15 and will accompany any mention of it during the festival as follows: “Category Partner: XYZ” • The Category Partner’s logo will appear on all TECH-TRIS ‘15 media at the following places: • All Banners of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • Facebookpage of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • The College shall display 3 banners (6 ft X 4 ft) in college premises, especially where events will be held and at the other venue(s) within the college campus. • Regular announcements about the company/product will be made during event(s) held in the festival. • A website link to the Category Partner’s website on the TECH-TRIS ‘15 website will be provided.

  10. Event Sponsor: Rs 20,000/- • The Event Sponsor’s name will be associated with Event and will accompany any mention of it during the festival as follows: “XYZ presents EVENT” • The Event Sponsor’s logo will prominently appear at the following places: • All Banners of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ’15 • Facebookpage of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • The College shall display 2 banners (6 ft X 4 ft) of the Event Sponsor during the event, held at the festival. • The sponsor will get exclusive branding rights of the particular Event: “ABC presents Fashion show Event” • Regular announcements about the company/product will be made during the Event. • A website link to the Event Sponsor’s website on the TECH-TRIS ‘15 website will be provided.

  11. Stall Partner: Rs 15,000/- • The Stall Partner’s name will be associated with TECH-TRIS ‘15 and will accompany any mention of it during the festival as follows: “Stall Partner: XYZ” • The Stall Partner’s logo will appear at the following places: • All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ‘15 • The Stall Partner will be given a total of 1 stall space (6 ft X6.5 ft) at a strategic location, decided by the TECH-TRIS ‘15 committee within the college premises. • The college will display 1 banner (6 ft X 4 ft) inside the stall and 1 standee (3 ft X 6 ft) of the Stall Partner at strategic location decided by the TECH-TRIS ‘15 committee within the college premises. • A website link to the Stall Partner’s website will be provided on the TECH-TRIS ‘15 website will be provided.

  12. Other : Rs 10,000/- • The Partner’s logo will appear at the following places: All Official Website of TECH-TRIS ‘15 . • The college will display 1 banner (3 ft X 6 ft) at strategic location decided by the TECH-TRIS ‘15 committee within the college premises. • A website link on the TECH-TRIS ‘15 website will be provided.

  13. Radio Partner • BENEFITS TO THE RADIO PARTNER: • Named as the “Official Radio Partner” of Tech Tris’15 and have the exclusive naming rights of the same. • Mentions on website, banners, posters, facebook, twitter. • Have onsite exposure in college campus through the following collaterals which is to be provided by your company :- • 2 banners - 7 X 5ft • 2 standees • BENEFITS TO TECH TRIS’15 • RJ emotions: Mentions by your RJs about TECH TRIS’15 from a week prior to the festival • Promo spots: • 30 seconds announcements, five times a day, one week prior and during the festival • Live coverage’s: • Freebies: Your merchandise to be given during the festival as gifts and prizes • Judges: Your prominent celebrities to be judges for our events(if any)

Channel Partner • BENEFITS TO THE CHANNEL PARTNER: • Named as the “Official CHANNEL Partner” of Tech Tris’15 and have the exclusive naming rights of the same. • Mentions on website, banners, posters, facebook, twitter. • Have onsite exposure in college campus through the following collaterals which is to be provided by your company :- • 2 banners - 7 X 5ft • 2 standees • BENEFITS TO TECH TRIS’15 • VJ emotions: Mentions by your VJs about TECH TRIS’15 from a week prior to the festival • Promo spots: • 30 seconds announcements, five times a day, one week prior and during the festival • Live coverage’s: • Freebies: Your merchandise to be given during the festival as gifts and prizes • Judges: Your prominent celebrities to be judges for our events(if any)
