  7. Anything you found out that was interesting about your animal Any relevant information

  8. I don’t need a map of the world. • Country or countries • Ocean and where it migrates • You can free hand draw or print off computer • If free hand please look at the country from a book don’t do it from memory Map of where the animal is currently located.

  10. Look where you want to MOVE your animal too. • Remember it needs to be different than the original habitat • Desert Jungle or Ocean Plains • Research this new environment • Rain fall • Food supply • Sleeping • Predator/Prey Research of new habitat

However, you animal must have new characteristics in order to survive here. • Please make sure that these new characteristics meet the needs of the new environment. • You wouldn’t have a long tale to swing from branches in the Plains. • Part 1 questions 2-6 Accommodation are made for survival

  12. Please be descriptive. (How Ms. Javers taught you) • Use analogies, similes, metaphors, etc.. • This is your job to describe your “new” animal to us. • Part 1 questions 1 Description of new animal

Correct spelling and punc. • Well organized. • Similar to the science fair (flow like a newspaper) • Size and color of slides or poster is aesthetically please • (kind to the eyes and easy to read) • Pictures support text. • Illustration must depict most of the characteristic of the new animal’s description. Writing Mechanics of Poster or Slide Show
