Dos preguntas finales y una hipotesis • Si los deficit fiscales no alimentaron su crecimiento en la decada del 2000 y la deuda pública crece: ¿qué financia esa deuda pública? • Si el gasto en defensa no arrastra el crecimiento: ¿Para qué sirve? • ¿Puede recuperar los años perdidos con la vieja tecnología? • ¿Significan lo mismo para Estados Unidos los datos mostrados que para el resto del mundo? • Hipotesis: el problema parece ser estructural.
