  10. Before Practice • Have your focus areas • Tennis ball work • Stretching • Ten forehand shots • Ten backhand shots • Movement drills

  11. During Practice • Use warm up shots to track the puck • Try to stop every shot • Concentrate on movement. Stay in your stance as if you were in a game • Use warm up shots to track the puck and follow the rebound • After the initial save, be ready for the second save. Get in the habit of preparing for a rebound • Focus on playing the puck and setting it up for your D-men

  12. Game Day • Just play the game you love • Have fun being a goalie • You have put a lot of work into improving your weaknesses
