  9. 1. Check the file name 2. Click on the “Submit” button • Reminder: You are only allowed to submit ONCE for each assignment. Only the file with extensions .zip is allowed to be uploaded into the system. Click on the “OK" button to submit Reminder: You have to use this naming convention when you submit your TMAs: <class code>_<student ID>_TMA<no>.   15. 2 OAS Procedures: Extension Request 1. Click on the “Extension Request” tab to display the e-“T-EX” form. 2. Select the course and the TMA that you are requesting for submission extension. 3. Select the duration of the extension. 4. Upload supporting document, e.g., a medical certificate (optional). 5. Give the reason(s) for your request. 6. Finally, click on the “Submit” button.   16. 2 OAS Procedures: Extension Request To view feedback on the extension application, click on “Assignment Status” tab at the “Extension Request” status, and then click on “_ days Approved” at the e-“T-EX” form. If your application is rejected by your Tutor, Course Coordinator or Dean, the status will be shown as “Rejected”. ORIENTATION—JANUARY 2013—PG,IP,KL,JB,KC

Remarks for Extension Request 2 OAS Procedures: Extension Request Undergraduate: • If your initial application for submission extension was rejected, you may reapply for submission extension by selecting another extension option (other than the one you initially chose). • Note: When you reapply, you are even allowed to choose a longer extension period. Postgraduate: • If your initial application for submission extension was rejected, you may reapply for submission extension by selecting the other extension option (the one you did not initially choose).   18. 2 OAS Procedures: Re-submission Request Reminder: Re-submission request is NOT allowed once your Tutor has marked your TMA or your Course Coordinator has released your grades at the OAS system. 1. Click on the “Re-submission Request” tab to display the e-“T- RS” form. 2. Read the instructions carefully. 3. Select the course and assignment for which you are requesting for re-submission. 4. Upload a supporting document (optional). 5 .Give the reason(s) for your request. 6. Finally, click on the “Submit” button. ORIENTATION—JANUARY 2013—PG,IP,KL,JB,KC

  20. 2 OAS Procedures: Re-submission Request IMPORTANT REMINDER TO STUDENTS: Once your “Re-submission request” has been approved by your Course Coordinator, you will only have 2 calendar days from the date of approval to re-submit your TMA into the OAS. If your re-submission application is rejected by your Course Coordinator, the status will be shown as “Rejected”.
