What is Accelerated Reader? • A program that supports and enhances your current reading instructional materials • AR enables powerful reading practice • AR makes reading fun for students by facilitating successful encounters with text • AR encourages substantial amounts of practice • AR provides data that helps teachers monitor and personalize reading practice
