ACHIEVEMENTS • World class Global Development Center established • Achieved CMMi, PCMM Level 5, ISO 9001, BS7799 and ISO 15001 • The only company to achieve these in whole of CEE • Preferred nearshore center for several MNCs • Highest ranked in the Hewitt Best Employer Survey in Hungary in 2005 among large IT services companies • Achieved more than 85% local staff • Most busy kiosk at Job Fairs in Budapest, Szeged, Debrecen and Krakow • Niche skills developed in many technologies and multilingual capabilities • Achieved profitability in 18 months from start • CSR activities in childrens’ hospitals, old age homes, sponsoring Budapest Stars Hockey Team (Juniors) and activities in other social institutions • Did not achieve 25% local business turnover
