  3. Outline for the day Event Build up in Caldecott Park St Andrews Church Bells will ring a 45minute peel. Parade starts at 2.00pm Stop at The Clock Tower Lord Lieutenant unveils plaque Confetti canons fire The National Anthem Parade continues into Caldecott Park Music & Stalls in the Park Flypast TBC

  6. Highlights of the Parade Contingents from HMS Tireless & The Royal Regiment of Fusiliers. (TBC) The Warwickshire Regimental Voluntary Band & Rugby Army Cadet Force Corp of Drums Re-creation of the coronation procession into Westminster Abbey by Rugby Theatre Over 1000 people taking part in the parade Flypast by…..TBC

Important Timings • 8.00am Gas Street/Castle Street & Car Parks Closed • 12.00 – 1.00pm Parade check in at Gas Street – everyone must be in position by 1.00pm. • 1.00pm St Andrews Church Bells start a 45minute peel. • 1.00pm Temporary Road Closures comes into force • 1.45pm VIP move to saluting base at Clock Tower • 2.00pm Parade commences from Gas Street • Parade stops by the Clock Tower • Lord Lieutenant addresses the crowd • Lord Lieutenant unveils plaque on Clock Tower • Confetti canons from the Clock Towers Shopping centre • The National Anthem • 3.30pm Roads reopen • Flypast (TBC)

  8. Checking in • Parking • John Barford car park will be open • Newbold Road Car park will be free • Band & Forces Car parking arrangements ( changing rooms) • If you are a large group consider how you will arrive at Gas Street • Check in

Security & H&S • Be vigilante • Do not leave any bags etc unattended • In case of emergency please follow instructions • Lost Children's point will be the Café in Caldecott Park • Weather forecast • Water will be available at Gas Street • Toilets at Gas Street, North Street and Caldecott Park • Disabled toilets in The Rupert Brooke, North Street & Caldecott Park • Refreshment stalls will be in the Park

  10. Summary • Sign in at Gas Street by 1.00pm • Roads will close at 1.00pm • Parade starts at 2.00pm • Consider how to identify your organisation – uniform / banner etc • Enjoy the day!
