  1. Uplift Infinity Prep Community Meeting October 24, 2012

  2. Agenda for tonight’s discussion Present successes and challenges from first year of operations Share future growth of campus from facilities standpoint that will allow us to serve more scholars Answer any questions from our parents and community about future growth plans

  3. Scholars Served Today and in Future • Today Infinity Prep has ~460 scholars in grades Kinder- 2nd and 6th-7th • At future scale, Infinity Prep will have 3 sections each of grades K-5 and 4 sections each of 6th-12th grade

  4. Successes from Our First Year • Tremendous academic gains on our national normed test that measures student growth from Fall to Spring • Kinder: 28 points in reading and 22 in math • 1st grade: 12 points in reading and 13 in math • 6th grade: 14 points in math • Built a strong campus culture • High student retention • Scholars and families are liking what they experience • Success in local, regional and state athletic and academic competitions

  5. Areas of Growth from Our First Year • Stabilizing our leadership team- we experienced more turnover than we desired and typically see • Managing traffic flow during Car Line as school size doubled • Getting our name out in the community so more families know about the great education provided at Infinity Prep • School tour, open house • Participation in community events, parades, etc…

  6. Our Vision for Growth To be a fully-built out K-12 campus where scholars can learn, grow individually, and excel with Uplift Infinity Prep from kindergarten until they successfully enter college We look forward to celebrating our first high school graduating class in May 2018

  7. Why We Changed Vision for Campus Design • When we first opened Infinity, we imagined that at scale it would be only a Secondary School (grades 6-12) with two smaller primary schools housed off-site feeding into it • As we have explored potential real estate near Infinity to put 2 primary schools, we have not found ideal spots • We also believe there is tremendous value in the traditional Uplift model of a K-12 school on one physical piece of land as it keeps families together and fosters mentorship between the various grade levels • Hence we decided that we had enough land and space to accommodate a small K-12 campus that would still serve the same total number of planned students

  8. Timeline for Future Growth • August 2011: School Opened Phase 1(1st floor) with 14 classrooms • August 2012: Phase 2 completed (2nd floor), adding 13 more classrooms • August 2013: Phase 3 will be completed, adding an additional 4 classrooms • June 2013: Phase 4 construction to begin. • August 2014: Phase 4 will be completed, adding 22 classrooms • August 2016: School will grow into ultimate size of 53 total classrooms serving ~1,050 scholars

  9. Key Dates for Phase 3 Construction • August 2012: Phase 3 Design Phase Commenced • October 25: Public Notices about establishing zoning will be mailed out by the City of Irving* • November 5: Infinity on agenda of City of Irving Planning & Zoning Meeting* • December 13: Infinity on agenda at City Council Meeting* • January 2013: Phase 3 construction to begin • August 2013: Phase 3 will be completed, adding an additional 4 classrooms * City of Irving Council Meeting Dates subject to change
