The Northwest Organization of Nurse Executives presents This activity has been submitted to the Washington State Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval & Recognition Program (CEARP) for approval to award contact hours. The Washington State Nurses Association Continuing Education Approval & Recognition Program (CEARP) is accredited as an approver of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. This two-day workshop is focused on the role of the Charge Nurse and will benefit those new to charge nursing, as well as those with experience in the role. Leadership styles, conflict resolution, effective communication, time management and successful delegation are just a few of the areas that will be covered in the program. Though catering to the role of the Charge Nurse, the workshop will also benefit any nursing leader looking to improve their leadership skills.
