  12. 規定 1、該科目實習課點名未到滿六次以上，則該科實習學期成績零分計算處理。 2、作業不接受補交。 3、作業不得抄襲，經發現該科作業成績零分計算。 4、任何考試遲到十五分鐘立即喪失考試資格，該科考試成績零分計算。 5、作弊者該科實習學期成績零分計算，並送至該班班導師與任課老師處理。 6、如果請假必須事先告知，但喪病假可事後於一星期內告知，兩者需附證明，其中病假需以當天實習課日期為準。

  13. 配分 • 點名4%，期中考8%，期末考8%，總分：20
