Assertiveness. Passive/submissive Assertive Aggressive. Passive People…. Get stepped on a lot. Are taken advantage of. Can’t say “no”. Talk softly – don’t stand up for their rights. Do whatever others ask – even if it’s very inconvenient. Do anything to avoid conflict.

  3. Aggressive People… Don’t take full responsibility of their actions Like to get even Get their way no matter what React instantly Gives ‘vice-like’ handshakes Are loud bossy & pushy Believe that winning is everything Do not care about another person’s feelings
