Factory Labor Rights Management System Project Functional Details • Supplier Info – Details of the suppliers along with the factory information can be entered in the system • Audits – Details of audits conducted along with the workers interviews, Management interviews and Audit findings can be stored in the system • Self Assessment – Allows the user to create and modify self assessment and also to give permission to share the self assessment among Member Monitors, External Monitors and Agents. • Schedule audit Visits - Allows authorized user to schedule a new visit for auditing, preview the visits and delete the visits to a factory. • Worker Exposure – User can add or modify evaluations which track the worker’s exposure to Hazardous Chemicals • Sourcing Groups – User can add and modify Sourcing Groups which contain information related to the Product manufactured, Production Start Date , marketing Information etc. • Offline Module – It allows the authenticated user to work offline after downloading the data from FFC FTP Folder and later upload the data to the folder.
