What is a Menu & Food Intake Analysis? • During our session we will take a “24-hour recall” of all that you had to eat in the past 24 hours as well as a “food frequency questionnaire” which asks what you eat on a regular basis. • We enter this information into a diet analysis program that tells us the calories, carbohydrate, protein and fat you are eating. • We use all of this information to determine what you should be eating to achieve your nutrition goals.
