Presentation for PM Meeting Date: 24 July 2008 • Progress • Sheet pile installation at northern slow lane is in progress and will be completed by early next week. • Installation of drainage pipe is about 35.8% completed (total 2,700m). • Two bays of Channel D were completed. Rebar fixing for base slab of D11 & D13 is in progress. • Construction of dwarf wall is about 21.7% completed (total 1,600m) • Alternative proposal to delete H-pile foundation of Noise Barrier is formally submitted. A meeting was held on 31 July 2008 among CEDD, HyD, GEO, CSHK, Jacob to discuss technical part of the alternative proposal. Basically all the concerns from GEO and HyD were addressed. • Problem • MOS for H-pile material • CEDD’s Late reply to RFI, CSF, MSF CV/2006/01 – Ping Ha Road Improvement Works
