  5. General Objective To practice security staff in the screening of the documentation for ship stores entering the Port Facility

Specific Objectives • To practice the application of documentation control for ship stores entering the Port Facility • To practice security staff in the conduct of checks on vehicles entering the Port Facility • To enhance the security awareness of threats to the Port Facility • Meet or better the specified compliance benchmark for this drill

  7. Required Attainments • Security staff will be able to: • Apply the procedures for the screening of vehicles entering the Port Facility • Check the documentation for ship stores entering the Port Facility • Detect anomalies in the documentation of ship stores

  10. Scenario • Stores delivered to a ship at a Port Facility should undergo several security checks • Security checks should be performed efficiently to expedite the ship stores handling process • Port Facility security staff are expected to verify the documentation for ship stores

  11. Controller Mission Two cargo trucks will attempt to deliver ship stores with deficient accompanying documentation

  12. Controller Tasks • Driver 1: • To attempt entry with wrong documentation - Delivery Order for a different cargo • Driver 2: • To attempt entry with incomplete documentation - missing Delivery Order
