  2. MERCRUISER TRANSOM SERVICE KIT - R, MR, Alpha One For R/MR/Alpha One From 1976-1990 MercruiserSterndrives. Kit includeds both Style water hoses (3/4" & 5/8"). Includes an exhaust bellow for quiet engine operation. If you are looking for the Performance transom kit the part number is 21951. The 21951 kit is the same as this kit (21950) But instead of an exhaust bellow it has a exhaust tube. Both will work on any Alpha One Sterndrive 1990 and before, but the exhaust tube will provide a little extra horsepower and engine operation will be louder.

  3. MERCRUISER COMPLETE EXHAUST MANIFOLD SET GM B-B (CAST IRON) In the V8 GM Big Block, GLM's fully tuned design guides exhaust gases directly to the riser without turbulance and back pressure. This increases the engine's performance. These GLM manifolds also feature an additional 30% increase in water cooling area that decreases the manifold's overall body temperature significantly. In GLM's Mercruiser replacement 4 inch riser, there are two additional water jackets. This allows a higher volume of water to flow through the riser, keeping the engine cooler.
